TITLE COMMITMENT

     The title commitment provided to you is the list of items which will not be covered under the title policy. The title commitment will also include a list of all owners of the title company with an ownership interest of 1% or greater.

     Look over the Title Commitment, if you see something you don't understand, call the title company. The title company officer that is closing the transaction will either answer your questions or refer you to their attorney.
